Notice is hereby given to all persons and entities in Somaliland that Shantou City Jinlong Industry Co. Ltd., Address: Bldg-4, No.1 Street, Xiachao old Industrial Estate, Taoxi Village, Xiashan Town, Chaonan District, Shantou City, Guangdong, China, 515144 is the sole proprietor and rightful owner of the trademark below:   

“The trademark consists of the stylized words "ICE SUMMER" enclosed within a black oval background outlined in white. The word "ICE" appears in uppercase, modern bold font, positioned above and slightly overlapping the word "SUMMER." The word "SUMMER" is written in a custom, curved and artistic font with a mix of uppercase and lowercase stylization, creating a fluid and dynamic appearance. The first letter "S" features a flame-like design element at its upper left side, symbolizing a contrast between heat and ice. The overall color scheme is black and white”

RIGHTS CLAIMED IN RESPECT OF CLASS 03 OF WIPO NICE CLASIFICATION  

Class 03:          Air fragrancing preparations; antiperspirants [toiletries]; beauty masks; cakes of toilet soap; essential oils; make-up palettes containing cosmetics; Cosmetics; cosmetics for children; phytocosmetic preparations; Soap; Toothpaste; sunscreen preparations; cosmetic preparations for skin care; skin-whitening creams; hair conditioners.

The proprietor has invested significant time, effort, and resources into the creation, promotion, and recognition of this trademark. The mark is widely recognized and symbolizes the goodwill and reputation of the company.  

This notice serves to inform the general public, business entities, retailers, distributors, and all other relevant stakeholders that the aforementioned trademark is exclusively owned by Shantou City Jinlong Industry Co. Ltd, and any unauthorized use, reproduction, imitation, or misrepresentation of the mark is strictly prohibited.  

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all concerned, including dealers, businesses, and individuals, that any unauthorized or illegal use of the aforesaid trademark shall constitute an infringement of Shantou City Jinlong Industry Co. Ltd. intellectual property rights and will be deemed prejudicial to their legal interests. Such violations shall render the offender liable to both civil and criminal proceedings under the applicable laws.  

Any person, company, or entity found imitating, copying, misusing, or otherwise infringing upon the trademark in any manner without prior written authorization from the rightful owner shall face legal action under the intellectual property and trademark laws of Somalia, Somaliland, and Puntland. Shantou City Jinlong Industry Co. Ltd is committed to taking all necessary legal steps, including but not limited to injunctions, monetary damages, and criminal complaints, to prevent any unauthorized usage and to safeguard its exclusive rights over the trademark.  

ALL ENTITIES AND INDIVIDUALS ARE HEREBY ADVISED to respect this notice and refrain from engaging in any act that may compromise the ownership and legal rights of our client.
