Such violations shall render the offender liable to both civil and criminal proceedings under the applicable laws.
Any person, company, or entity found imitating, copying, misusing, or otherwise infringing upon the trademarks in any manner without prior written authorization from the rightful owner shall face legal action under the intellectual property and trademark laws of Somalia, Somaliland, and Puntland. is committed to taking all necessary legal steps, including but not limited to injunctions, monetary damages, and criminal complaints, to prevent any unauthorized usage and to safeguard its exclusive rights over the trademarks.
