WORLDREMIT

“ The mark consists of the word “WORLDREMIT” written in Capital Latin characters in black. The mark in general is written in black and white. The mark as a whole does not have any meaning.” 

RIGHTS CLAIMED IN RESPECT OF CLASS  36 OF WIPO NICE CLASIFICATION  

Class 36     Financial services; financial transfers and transactions; payment services; money transfer services; funds transfer services; electronic money transfers; monetary affairs including those relating to the transfer of funds and providing methods for payment including pre-paid methods of payment and monetary credit for others; foreign exchange services; remote payment services; international money transfer services; financial services including foreign currency trading, exchange, payments, conversions, accounts and transfers; the managing and processing of payment transaction data; electronic payment services; payment for telephone credit; provision of telephone credit; money transfer services over the Internet, foreign exchange services, remote payment of money, management of and processing of payment transaction data, electronic payment services and payment for telephone credit, via a website; financial services including on-line cash accounts and banking; services for direct deposit of funds into customer bank accounts; information, consultancy and advisory services relating to these services.

The proprietor has invested significant time, effort, and resources into the creation, promotion, and recognition of this trademark. The mark is widely recognized and symbolizes the goodwill and reputation of the company.  

This notice serves to inform the general public, business entities, retailers, distributors, and all other relevant stakeholders that the aforementioned trademark is exclusively owned by Worldremit Ltd , and any unauthorized use, reproduction, imitation, or misrepresentation of the mark is strictly prohibited.  

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all concerned, including dealers, businesses, and individuals, that any unauthorized or illegal use of the aforesaid trademark shall constitute an infringement of Worldremit Ltd intellectual property rights and will be deemed prejudicial to their legal interests. Such violations shall render the offender liable to both civil and criminal proceedings under the applicable laws.  

Any person, company, or entity found imitating, copying, misusing, or otherwise infringing upon the trademark in any manner without prior written authorization from the rightful owner shall face legal action under the intellectual property and trademark laws of Somalia, Somaliland, and Puntland. Worldremit Ltd is committed to taking all necessary legal steps, including but not limited to injunctions, monetary damages, and criminal complaints, to prevent any unauthorized usage and to safeguard its exclusive rights over the trademark.  

ALL ENTITIES AND INDIVIDUALS ARE HEREBY ADVISED to respect this notice and refrain from engaging in any act that may compromise the ownership and legal rights of our client. Those requiring legitimate use or authorization regarding the mark should seek prior written permission from the rightful proprietor.
