RIGHTS CLAIMED IN RESPECT OF CLASS 34 OF WIPO NICE CLASSIFICATION
Class 34: Cigarettes; tobacco, raw or manufactured; roll your own tobacco; pipe tobacco; tobacco products; tobacco substitutes (not for medical purposes); cigars; cigarillos; matches; smokers’ articles; cigarette paper; cigarette tubes; cigarette filters; pocket apparatus for rolling cigarettes; hand held machines for injecting tobacco into paper tubes; electronic cigarettes; liquids for electronic cigarettes; tobacco products for the purpose of being heated.
The proprietor has invested significant time, effort, and resources into the creation, promotion, and recognition of these trademarks. The marks are widely recognized and symbolize the goodwill and reputation of the company.
This notice serves to inform the general public, business entities, retailers, distributors, and all other relevant stakeholders that the aforementioned trademarks are exclusively owned by Rothmans of Pall Mall Limited, and any unauthorized use, reproduction, imitation, or misrepresentation of these marks is strictly prohibited.
