Notice is hereby given that, MITSUBISHI JIDOSHA KOGYO KABUSHIKI KAISHA. Address: 1-21, Shibaura 3-chome, Minato-ku, Tokyo 108-8410, Japan is the sole proprietor and rightful owner of the trademark below:

LANCER

“The mark consists of the word “LANCER” written in Capital Latin characters in black. The mark in general is written in black and white. The mark as a whole does not have any meaning.”

RIGHTS CLAIMED IN RESPECT OF CLASS 12 OF WIPO NICE CLASIFICATION  

Class 12            Automobiles and their parts and fittings.

The proprietor has invested significant time, effort, and resources into the creation, promotion, and recognition of this trademark. The mark is widely recognized and symbolizes the goodwill and reputation of the company.  

This notice serves to inform the general public, business entities, retailers, distributors, and all other relevant stakeholders that the aforementioned trademark is exclusively owned by MITSUBISHI JIDOSHA KOGYO KABUSHIKI KAISHA, and any unauthorized use, reproduction, imitation, or misrepresentation of the mark is strictly prohibited.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all concerned, including dealers, businesses, and individuals, that any unauthorized or illegal use of the aforesaid trademark shall constitute an infringement of MITSUBISHI JIDOSHA KOGYO KABUSHIKI KAISHA intellectual property rights and will be deemed prejudicial to their legal interests. Such violations shall render the offender liable to both civil and criminal proceedings under the applicable laws.

Any person, company, or entity found imitating, copying, misusing, or otherwise infringing upon the trademark in any manner without prior written authorization from the rightful owner shall face legal action under the intellectual property and trademark laws of Somalia, Somaliland, and Puntland. MITSUBISHI JIDOSHA KOGYO KABUSHIKI KAISHA is committed to taking all necessary legal steps, including but not limited to injunctions, monetary damages, and criminal complaints, to prevent any unauthorized usage and to safeguard its exclusive rights over the trademark.
