Notice is hereby given that, F.LLI FACCHINETTI S.P.A., Address: Via Montenero 10, 25066 Lumezzane Pieve (Brescia), Italy, is the sole proprietor and rightful owner of the trademark below:   

“The trademark consists of the word “Facchinetti” in stylized lettering, accompanied by a shield-shaped device containing the letters “FF”. Beneath the main wording appears the phrase “ITALIAN SECURITY SINCE 1949”, together with a small design incorporating the colors of the Italian flag (green, white and red)”

RIGHTS CLAIMED IN RESPECT OF CLASS  6 OF WIPO NICE CLASSIFICATION  

Class 6:             Common metals and their alloys; metal building materials; transportable buildings of metal; materials of metal for railway tracks; non-electric cables and wires of common metal; ironmongery, small items of metal hardware; pipes and tubes of metal; safes; goods of common metal ores; rings of metal, armour plating, safes [strong boxes], safety cashboxes, bolts (lock-), safety chains of metal, chains of metal, keys, bolts (door-) of metal, hardware of metal [small], door closers [non-electric], box fasteners of metal, window casement bolts, window closers, non-electric, window openers, non-electric, door openers, non-electric, alloys of common metal, padlocks, spring locks, locks of metal [other than electric].

The proprietor has invested significant time, effort, and resources into the creation, promotion, and recognition of this trademark. The mark is widely recognized and symbolizes the goodwill and reputation of the company.  

This notice serves to inform the general public, business entities, retailers, distributors, and all other relevant stakeholders that the aforementioned trademark is exclusively owned by F.LLI FACCHINETTI S.P.A. and any unauthorized use, reproduction, imitation, or misrepresentation of the mark is strictly prohibited.  

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all concerned, including dealers, businesses, and individuals, that any unauthorized or illegal use of the aforesaid trademark shall constitute an infringement of F.LLI FACCHINETTI S.P.A. intellectual property rights and will be deemed prejudicial to their legal interests. Such violations shall render the offender liable to both civil and criminal proceedings under the applicable laws.  

Any person, company, or entity found imitating, copying, misusing, or otherwise infringing upon the trademark in any manner without prior written authorization from the rightful owner shall face legal action under the intellectual property and trademark laws of Somalia, Somaliland, and Puntland. F.LLI FACCHINETTI S.P.A. is committed to taking all necessary legal steps, including but not limited to injunctions, monetary damages, and criminal complaints, to prevent any unauthorized usage and to safeguard its exclusive rights over the trademark.  

ALL ENTITIES AND INDIVIDUALS ARE HEREBY ADVISED to respect this notice and refrain from engaging in any act that may compromise the ownership and legal rights of our client. Those requiring legitimate use or authorization regarding the mark should seek prior written permission from the rightful proprietor.
