Notice is hereby given to all persons and entities in Somaliland that Gubersail Tire (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd., Address: No.1 Gubersail Avenue, Huai'an District, Huai'an City, Jiangsu Province China is the sole proprietor and rightful owner of the trademark below:   

"The mark consists of the stylized word ‘PRAXENT’ presented in uppercase letters in a bold, modern sans-serif font. The initial letter ‘P’ is uniquely designed, with its vertical stem and upper horizontal element forming a shape that visually resembles the letter ‘F’ at first glance. The remaining letters ‘RAXENT’ are rendered in a uniform and clean typographic style. The mark appears in black on a white background, with no claim to color"

RIGHTS CLAIMED IN RESPECT OF CLASS 12 OF WIPO NICE CLASIFICATION  

Class 12:          Tire air chambers; casings for pneumatic tires; treads for retreading tires; tires; solid tires for vehicle wheels; tires for automobiles; tire covers; vehicle tires; repair outfits for inner tubes; tires for land vehicles; inner tubes for vehicle tires; inner tubes for vehicle wheels; snow vehicles; tyres for trucks; non-skid devices for vehicle tyres; wheel rims for automobiles; valves for vehicle tires; hubs for vehicle wheels; tread used to retread tires; tyres for the wheels of forestry vehicles.

The proprietor has invested significant time, effort, and resources into the creation, promotion, and recognition of this trademark. The mark is widely recognized and symbolizes the goodwill and reputation of the company.  

This notice serves to inform the general public, business entities, retailers, distributors, and all other relevant stakeholders that the aforementioned trademark is exclusively owned by Gubersail Tire (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. and any unauthorized use, reproduction, imitation, or misrepresentation of the mark is strictly prohibited.  

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all concerned, including dealers, businesses, and individuals, that any unauthorized or illegal use of the aforesaid trademark shall constitute an infringement of Gubersail Tire (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. intellectual property rights and will be deemed prejudicial to their legal interests. Such violations shall render the offender liable to both civil and criminal proceedings under the applicable laws.  

Any person, company, or entity found imitating, copying, misusing, or otherwise infringing upon the trademark in any manner without prior written authorization from the rightful owner shall face legal action under the intellectual property and trademark laws of Somalia, Somaliland, and Puntland. Gubersail Tire (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. is committed to taking all necessary legal steps, including but not limited to injunctions, monetary damages, and criminal complaints, to prevent any unauthorized usage and to safeguard its exclusive rights over the trademark.  

ALL ENTITIES AND INDIVIDUALS ARE HEREBY ADVISED to respect this notice and refrain from engaging in any act that may compromise the ownership and legal rights of our client (Gubersail Tire (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd). Those requiring legitimate use or authorization regarding the mark should seek prior written permission from the rightful proprietor’s legal representative.
