Such violations shall render the offender liable to both civil and criminal proceedings under the applicable laws.
Any person, company, or entity found imitating, copying, misusing, or otherwise infringing upon the trademarks in any manner without prior written authorization from the rightful owner shall face legal action under the intellectual property and trademark laws of Somalia, Somaliland, and Puntland.
